I expressly agree that the fulfillment of the contract begins before the end of the statutory cancellation period. I am aware that in the case of contracts for the provision of digital content, my right of cancellation expires when the execution of the contract begins (§356 Para. 5 BGB) and in the case of contracts for the provision of services when the contract is fully fulfilled (§356 Para. 4 BGB).
